Today, 5/8/2020, the day the stay at home orders were supposed to cease in the  State of Pennsylvania, Governor (tyrant/traitor) Tom Wolf announced that the shut down and stay home orders would continue until June 4, 2020. This is no surprise that thise tyrant, and despicable excuse of a human being would do such a thing. He, like most dictators like to hand out punishments when challenged and if you have been following the timing of all of his orders so far you will find that they coincide with challenges that were made against him. The last challenge came in the way of the Pa State legislature speaking for the people and passing a bill to end the shut down. Tom Wolf’s response – he ordered everyone to wear masks and placed a lot of  new restrictions on essential businesses including the requirement that they put their employees and property at risk by forcing them to police his ‘must wear mask’ orders of face serious fines.  This new extension of the shut down orders comes following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to deny hearing a case from business owners that have filed suit against the governor to end the shut down. Again, he hands out another punishment.

The man is a tyrant, and we have already offered a $50,000 reward to anyone that is successful in uncovering criminal activity that removes him from office, convicts him and places him in jail. Following his press conference today, we were ready to put out an all out call to arms to every armed citizen in the state of Pennsylvania to take arms, storm the capital and take the man into custody and place him under armed house arrest until we can straighten out the damage he is causing our citizens. If there were ever a time to bring back posses, it is now.

Then, we got a better idea.

As one last attempt to resolve this issue peacefully, and show this fanatic what a joke he is, and that he is nothing to us …. since our rights to peacefully assemble are protected under the constitution, we are calling on all businesses in the state of Pennsylvania, and across the nation, to join us in protest of the shut down orders and practice civil disobedience by opening your businesses starting on May 20,2020, and lasting every day until the shut down orders are rescinded. We are further calling on all citizens to gather at all businesses as places of protest in support of telling these tyrants that have shut us down that we have had ENOUGH!

People like Shelley Luther, Salon a la Mode  business owner, in Dallas, Texas, have already gone to jail for stepping out and doing so. If a mother can go to jail for trying to feed her children, then we can too, however it is very apparent, that there are not enough police to cite and arrest everyone, and there is not enough jail space to house everyone. The police also can not pad lock you out of your business, and if we are ALL opening our businesses in protest, then we are protected under the United States Constitution.  This is a movement, and it has to be strong and united. The governor can threaten to call in the National Guard, however the little known fact is that the National Guard can not act in a police enforcement capacity unless martial law is declared and that can only be done through an act of CONGRESS. The governor may have the ability to mobilize the guard, and I say ‘may’ loosely because this is not a disaster site, but he does NOT have the authority to allow them to act in a law enforcement capacity.  Congress will not step forward and unleash the military on us because then we will truly be at the armed conflict phase of this war, and no country can escape the wrath of turning the military on its peaceful citizens.

I am further asking that all law enforcement stand with the people and refuse to enforce the governor’s illegal actions. I know some will not do that, but I would suspect that a lot may.

Let us put an end to this charade once and for all! Tell this governor no more, and be a part of this historic protests.  Just open up and go back to work (that is the the protest).

On May 20, 2020, at 9:00 AM open your businesses in solidarity. Stand together; stand strong. We the people are the Government, not the single man or woman that is showering us with orders.
