Open For Business Protest

Attention all business owners.  Our country, our freedoms, and your businesses have been under siege by tyrannical Governors and it is time to put a stop to them and tell them: ENOUGH.

On May 8, 2020, PA Governor Tom Wolf extended Pennsylvania’s shut down/stay home orders further violating the rights of the Citizens of the State of Pennsylvania without cause or care and concern for you despite passed legislative acts that called for the end of the shut down. This is one man acting as a tyrant.  This is not only an issue in Pennsylvania.

Please join us for a socially distanced protest and open your businesses starting on May 20, 2020, and keep opening those businesses every day until the shut down orders are rescinded. Peaceful assembly is guaranteed under the first amendment of U.S. Constitution, and we are asking everyone to open their businesses as a peacefully assembled, socially distanced protest location starting May 20, 2020. We are asking all people to join and assemble at these businesses in a show of civil disobedience wherever your rights are being denied.

Let us stand as one and put an end to this mockery of our freedoms. He can’t arrest and cite us all, and there are not enough jails for him to hold us in. He also can not forcefully lock us out of our businesses, or stop us from patronizing those businesses. He can threaten to call in the National guard, but they can not act in a law enforcement capacity on United States soil without the approval of CONGRESS, and Congress will not approve such measures as that would mean we will truly be at war and invite armed conflict.

Stand strong! Stand Tall! Stand Together!  Open your businesses as one, on this great day!
